📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and benefits information.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as processing payroll, benefits enrollment, and leave requests.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide general HR support to the team, including answering employee questions and resolving HR-related issues.,Assist in the organization of HR events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.,Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems and payroll software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,English language skills are a plus.
