📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain relationships with bank partners to understand their customers' needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
Manage the bancassurance portfolio, ensuring compliance with Sharia guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Drive the growth of the bancassurance business in Bandung through strategic planning and execution.
Provide financial advice and guidance to customers, helping them make informed decisions about their insurance needs.
Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of financial solutions to customers.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the insurance industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Insurance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance or banking industry, with a focus on bancassurance.
Strong understanding of Sharia principles and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with bancassurance systems and tools, such as Core Banking Solutions and Insurance Management Systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
