📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Monitor sales performance and implement measures to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Proven track record of leadership and team management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales and customer service operations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
