• Plan, create, and execute engaging livestreams to showcase products and drive sales.
• Develop and manage strategic ad campaigns on TikTok Shop to maximize reach and impact.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align livestreams and ad campaigns with overall marketing goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce livestreaming and advertising.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
• Manage and grow the TikTok Shop presence, including product listings and promotions.
• Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and other interaction tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a focus on livestreaming and advertising.
• Proficient in using TikTok Shop, including creating and managing product listings and promotions.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
