📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other operational data.,Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive work environment.,Participate in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Support the restaurant manager in planning and organizing events and special promotions.,Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or similar operational environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.,Familiarity with POS systems and other operational software.,Friendly and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
