📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in maintaining and updating job postings on various job boards and company websites.,Assist in coordinating interviews and onboarding processes for new hires.,Conduct initial candidate assessments and provide feedback to the hiring managers.,Assist in maintaining a strong employer brand and promoting the company as an attractive place to work.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in analyzing recruitment data and metrics to improve recruitment strategies.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing campaigns.,Maintain excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, CRM systems).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian and English languages is a plus.,Enthusiasm and passion for learning and growing in the talent acquisition field.
