📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Monitor cashier transactions to prevent errors and fraud.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve their performance and skills.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in inventory management and stock control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or administrative roles.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields is a plus.,Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred.
