Rumah Sakit Anggi Coffee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Manager to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our coffee shop, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is clean and well-maintained.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage and mentor a team of baristas and staff to ensure they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, and that the coffee shop is operating within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the coffee or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in coffee training or hospitality management a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) frequently.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
