📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure the restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Manage staff performance, including recruitment, training, and development.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Ensure the restaurant's financial performance meets or exceeds targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar establishment.,Proven track record of managing restaurant operations, including staff, inventory, and sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, and experience in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Proficient in using financial software and tools to monitor and analyze sales data.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
