We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Assistant or Manager to join our Sports Services team at Changi General Hospital in Canggu, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of sports programs and events.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with local sports clubs, organizations, and partners.,Ensure the smooth operation of sports facilities and equipment.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of sports programs and initiatives.,Promote the benefits of sports and physical activity to the community.,Manage and mentor a team of sports assistants.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in sports management.,Represent the organization at local and international sports events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sports management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of sports programs and facilities management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with local sports culture and regulations.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
