📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly welcome.,Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.,Manage and maintain the front desk area, including supplies and equipment.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and documentation.,Assist in organizing and promoting special events, promotions, and activities at the hotel.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk receptionist role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to the hospitality industry.,Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
