📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement ethical AI frameworks and guidelines in alignment with international standards and local regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive bias and fairness audits on AI models and algorithms to ensure they are fair, transparent, and accountable.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate ethical considerations into AI development projects.
• Monitor and evaluate the ethical impact of AI solutions in production, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Advocate for ethical AI practices within the organization and the broader industry, participating in workshops, conferences, and industry groups.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI ethics, regulatory compliance, and societal values, and apply this knowledge to our AI initiatives.
• Provide training and awareness programs to educate team members on ethical AI principles and best practices.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure our AI solutions adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a focus on AI ethics or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI ethics, regulatory compliance, or a related field, with a strong understanding of ethical AI principles and practices.
• Proven experience in conducting bias and fairness audits on AI models and algorithms.
• Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks, guidelines, and standards, such as the IEEE Global Initiative on Ethics of Autonomous Systems and the AI Ethics Guidelines for Trustworthy AI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with AI development tools and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, is a plus.
• Certification in AI ethics or a related field is a plus.
