📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and cocktail beverages using high-quality ingredients and state-of-the-art equipment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create signature cocktails and coffee-based dishes that showcase the unique flavors of Bali.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Stock and manage inventory of beverages, ensuring we always have the right supplies on hand.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in coffee and cocktail preparation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and cocktail preparation techniques, including espresso, latte art, and classic cocktail recipes.
• Proficiency in using commercial coffee and cocktail-making equipment, such as espresso machines, shakers, and blenders.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other bar team members.
• Familiarity with the local food and beverage scene in Bali, and a passion for creating unique and delicious beverages.
