📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of impactful CSR programs aligned with QI Services' sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, community leaders, and local partners to develop and execute CSR initiatives.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of CSR projects, from conceptualization to execution and evaluation.
• Monitor and report on the impact of CSR programs, using data and metrics to demonstrate their effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CSR and sustainability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in CSR program development and implementation.
• Represent QI Services at external events and conferences to promote our CSR initiatives and engage with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Environmental Science, or Social Sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CSR program management, with a proven track record of designing and implementing impactful initiatives.
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices, with experience in developing and implementing sustainable business strategies.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track and measure the impact of CSR programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and community leaders.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
