As a Deputy Fleet Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating fleet activities, managing vehicle maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. You will work closely with the Fleet Coordinator and other departments to optimize fleet performance and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Coordinate and manage fleet activities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and cost, and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and vehicle inspection requirements.
  • Manage and maintain fleet documentation, including vehicle logs, maintenance records, and insurance documents.
  • Work closely with the Fleet Coordinator and other departments to address fleet-related issues and implement improvements.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status to senior management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
