📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Design and deliver training sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and develop appropriate programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to training and development.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and a deep understanding of the learning and development process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
