📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance.,Monitor network performance and security, and implement necessary measures to protect our systems from threats.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies as needed.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services and products.,Document IT processes, procedures, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
