📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance on building facilities and manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, providing timely solutions to prevent operational disruptions.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders using tools like SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion of maintenance tasks and projects.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Monitor equipment performance and generate reports on maintenance activities and equipment reliability.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, with a focus on building facilities or manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (MMS) and ERP software such as SAP.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical controls.
• Certifications in relevant safety standards and practices, such as OSHA or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with international teams.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various sites in Bali.
