📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.,Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the management team.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
