In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and training, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still contributing to the success of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs and workshops to employees,Identify training needs and develop training plans to address them,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with business goals,Provide regular reports on the progress and outcomes of training programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Experience in designing and delivering training programs to diverse audiences,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
