📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the company's budget and forecast financial performance,Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow,Provide financial advice and support to the management team,Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide training and mentoring

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with the last 3 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
