As a Senior Captain, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our vessels, ensuring compliance with all maritime regulations, and maintaining a strong safety culture aboard. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the safe and efficient operation of assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure the well-being of crew and passengers.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to safety standards.,Maintain and monitor vessel performance, including navigation, engine, and auxiliary systems, to ensure optimal operation.,Coordinate with shore-based teams, including port authorities, to ensure smooth and efficient port operations.,Provide leadership and mentorship to junior officers and crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor and report on vessel maintenance and repair needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement measures to minimize the environmental impact of vessel operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or Chief Officer in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited) or Chief Officer's License (Unlimited) issued by the Indonesian Maritime Safety Agency (IMAS).,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.,Excellent knowledge of maritime regulations, including SOLAS, ISM, and ISPS codes.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate crew members.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.,Experience in managing and coordinating with shore-based teams and port authorities.,Familiarity with modern vessel management systems and technologies.
