📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Manage and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Handle operational challenges and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
