📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, inventory, and sales.,Ensure that the store meets all company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in inventory management and ensure that stock levels are optimized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
