📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential land and property acquisitions that align with the company's strategic goals.,Conduct market research and analysis to assess the potential and feasibility of acquisition targets.,Negotiate and finalize acquisition agreements with potential sellers or developers.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient acquisition process.,Monitor and manage the progress of ongoing acquisition projects.,Prepare and present comprehensive reports on acquisition activities and market trends.,Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, developers, and other industry professionals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian real estate market and local regulations.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with property valuation and market analysis tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and project management skills.
