Salon Kirana Kitchen is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of staff to maintain high standards of customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and present sales reports and financial statements to management.,Plan and organize store events and promotions to boost sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in marketing and customer relationship management is a plus.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
