📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.,Ensure that the store meets all sales and profit targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in store openings and promotions to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
