• Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Support the Area Manager in achieving store targets and KPIs.
• Train and develop store staff to ensure high standards of service and sales.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and initiatives.
• Manage store budgets and report on financial performance.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.
• Proven experience in managing store operations and staff.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Oracle Retail and loyalty programs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• Certification in food safety and health regulations is a plus.
