📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the daily operations of the E-Wallet platform, ensuring high performance and user satisfaction.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard the platform and user data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate with local partners, including banks and fintechs.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the E-Wallet platform through regular audits and updates.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on compliance and operational best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations and compliance, preferably in the fintech or digital payments industry.
• Certifications in compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of local and international regulations governing digital payments and fintech.
