In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of our distribution center, including inventory management, warehouse processes, and logistics coordination. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our distribution center runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting the needs of our customers and maintaining our high standards of quality and service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring efficient and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Manage inventory levels and stock rotation to optimize warehouse space and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
• Implement and monitor warehouse processes, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols in the warehouse.
• Lead and mentor the distribution center team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with the fashion and textile industry is a plus.
