📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting and exceeding targets.
• Prepare and present sales reports and proposals to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to expand our market reach.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the marketing or related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to travel frequently, including international travel.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
