📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end customs clearance processes, including documentation, inspection, and release of goods.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade standards.
• Leverage SAP and Oracle systems for efficient data management and reporting.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Provide training and support to staff on customs procedures and trade regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage customs duties, taxes, and other related expenses.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address potential challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export-import operations and customs clearance.
• Proven track record as a PPJK with a strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations.
• Certification in Customs Brokerage or relevant trade compliance certifications is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and Oracle systems is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
