As a LEED Engineer, you’ll work closely with architects, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects meet or exceed LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification standards. Your daily tasks will involve conducting energy audits, developing sustainable design strategies, and coordinating with contractors to implement green building practices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct energy and environmental impact assessments for construction projects.
• Develop and implement sustainable design strategies to meet LEED certification requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with green building standards.
• Monitor and report on project progress towards sustainability goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in sustainable construction.
• Provide technical guidance and training to project teams on sustainable building practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability into all phases of project development.
• Ensure all projects adhere to environmental regulations and corporate sustainability policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainable construction or LEED certification.
• Certification in LEED Green Associate or higher is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of green building practices, energy efficiency, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in using LEED software tools such as LEED Online and LEED for Energy and Atmosphere.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with construction projects in Bali and Indonesia is a plus.
