📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage daily operations of SPX Express hubs across Bali, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Manage and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure timely and reliable delivery of goods.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
