📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Develop and implement test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, and TestNG.
Design and execute test strategies to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Collaborate with developers to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
Monitor test results and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in software testing and automation.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer, with a strong background in test automation frameworks.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams.
Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, and Cucumber.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Certifications in ISTQB or equivalent are a plus.
